Our Booking PolicyIf you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or do not attend your scheduled class, your booking will be forfeited, and your payment will be retained.

Ready to break a sweat and have fun? Join us for our Step Class, where fitness meets rhythm in an exhilarating workout! Whether you're new to stepping or a seasoned pro, our instructors will guide you through every move, ensuring you get an effective and enjoyable workout.

-All levels welcome – No experience needed!

Friday 6pm-7pm (Acton)
Saturday 10am-11am (Hayes)

All step class payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice via email or whatsapp. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you miss your class/give less than 24 hours notice your booking will be forfeited and payment retained. By booking you agree to these terms. Monday = Intermediate Level Class
Tuesday & Saturday = Beginner/Mixed Level Class

    This step class has honestly been one of the best things to happen to me. I used to have terrible rhythm and coordination, but the lovely girls and their fun, welcoming classes have helped me prove to myself that I can actually do it. That moment when the steps finally click is the best feeling. I couldn’t recommend this class more.

    I came to get back into fitness and felt very eased in and welcomed. You can go at your own pace and once you know the steps it's a lot of cardio. I've been a couple times and each time I've felt so good after!
